  7.                M-L Hotline is a training company for multi-level
  8.           distributors that sells through its own multi-level
  9.           structure.  There is no quota and no requirement -- in
  10.           fact you can earn commissions without ever buying
  11.           anything.  To achieve the highest commission level in
  12.           the company requires only total purchases of $150 over
  13.           any period of time.  Commissions of up to 15% are paid
